About the role

  • You are responsible for the entire project lifecycle of internal IT projects (e.g., system upgrades, infrastructure rollouts, software implementations)
  • You create project plans and define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • You coordinate cross-functional teams and monitor project progress
  • You report regularly to stakeholders and management on status, risks, and outcomes
  • You monitor schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure successful and cost-efficient project delivery
  • You support post-project reviews and initiatives for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • A university degree in Business, IT Management, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in IT or digitalization environments
  • Strong technical understanding (IT infrastructure or business applications) and experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are a plus but not required
  • Fluent German and very good written and spoken English
