About the role

  • Administer and optimize SAP SuccessFactors (with a focus on Employee Central)
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of employee and organizational master data
  • Create reports, dashboards and queries to support data-driven decision making in HR
  • Support the implementation of functional requirements and take on project-related tasks
  • Drive the further development of the HR system landscape and ensure 2nd level support
  • Develop guidelines for collaboration between the business/HR side and internal IT, and for managing external service providers within IT governance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience implementing, maintaining and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Knowledge of data management and the use of relational databases (e.g., SQL) to analyze HR data
  • Experience with additional HR software is an advantage
  • Very good German and English skills for effective communication with international colleagues and service providers
  • A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to develop creative approaches to optimize data and systems
