About the role
- Dual study program at FHDW University of Applied Sciences in Mettmann with practical training across all commercial/business departments at Riedel
- Supporting all company processes from a business management perspective
- Working in our technical departments such as Quality Management, Production, Logistics and Project Management
- Opportunity for a semester abroad
- Contributing to our projects at national and international events — including on-site
- Program duration approx. 7 semesters, leading to a B.A. degree
- Introduction day and Welcome Week for new trainees
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for commercial processes and current economic developments
- Strong aptitude for planning and organizing a wide range of projects
- Comfortable communicating in an international environment — including in English
- Enjoy working independently across diverse company areas
- Willingness to take on responsibility
- General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife), or a completed vocational qualification
- Passion for and willingness to travel to events worldwide
