About the role
- Administer and optimize SAP SuccessFactors (with a focus on Employee Central)
- Ensure the quality and integrity of employee and organizational master data
- Create reports, dashboards and queries to support data-driven HR decision making
- Support the implementation of functional requirements and take on project-related tasks
- Drive the further development of the HR system landscape and ensure 2nd level support
- Develop guidelines for collaboration between business stakeholders and internal IT, and for managing external service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience implementing, maintaining and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Knowledge of data management and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL)
- Experience with other HR software is an advantage
- Excellent German and English skills
- Solution-oriented mindset and creative approaches to optimizing data and systems
