- Responsibility for data quality and integrity across all HR systems
- Administration of HR tools and support for their optimization
- Ensure reliable HR data through cleansing, validation and continuous maintenance
- Support projects related to organizational changes and data migrations

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Several years’ experience in HR data management and in administering SAP SuccessFactors
- Fluent German and English
- Creative, solution-oriented approach to work
- Experience in project management
