About the role
- Lead the planning and execution of engagements
- Oversee the preparation and review of working papers, financial statements, and tax returns
- Ensure quality service delivery for a diverse client base
- Coach junior team members and contribute to internal training
- Strengthen and manage client relationships
- Work closely with Partners and Principals and participate in the Leadership Development Program
- Provide leadership responsibilities and shape growth of team and services
Requirements
- 5+ years post-CPA hands-on experience in a public accounting firm with experience in managing compilation, review, audit and/or tax engagements
- CPA designation
- Experience working with tools such as Caseware, TaxPrep, Microsoft Office
- Embrace opportunities to explore and implement emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and client service
- Proven ability to plan and review client engagements through overseeing the completion of working papers, audit strategies, financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns
- Focus on building and managing meaningful internal and external client relationships
- Insatiable curiosity to learn more and apply your technical knowledge to identify issues and offer recommended solutions for both your clients and co-workers
- Passion for fostering a collaborative team environment and acting as a leader and mentor through coaching, knowledge sharing, and structured training programs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple deadlines and engagements
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction
