Oversee the preparation and review of working papers, financial statements, and tax returns
Ensure quality service delivery for a diverse client base
Coach junior team members and contribute to internal training
Strengthen and manage client relationships
Work closely with Partners and Principals and participate in the Leadership Development Program
Provide leadership responsibilities and shape growth of team and services
Requirements
5+ years post-CPA hands-on experience in a public accounting firm with experience in managing compilation, review, audit and/or tax engagements
CPA designation
Experience working with tools such as Caseware, TaxPrep, Microsoft Office

Proven ability to plan and review client engagements through overseeing the completion of working papers, audit strategies, financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns
Focus on building and managing meaningful internal and external client relationships
