About the role
- Are you a recent graduate inspired to make a difference in the construction industry by ensuring that safety is at the heart of every project?
- In this role, you will explore how construction projects and properties are designed, managed, and maintained with safety in mind.
- You will gain hands-on experience, learning how to identify and mitigate risks while supporting clients in meeting legal and regulatory standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and on-site safety inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Prepare, review, and maintain essential Health and Safety documentation for clients.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to embed safety practices into project planning and execution.
Requirements
- A degree in a construction-related discipline, such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
- A genuine interest in Health and Safety and a desire to contribute to safe building practices.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations, including CDM and/or Building Safety.
- Any previous experience (internships, placements, or projects) in construction, property, or risk management.
