Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
Build and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis, business case evaluations, and new business underwriting.
Partner with cross-functional teams across the company to uncover financial trends and translate data into actionable insights that improve performance.
Develop and track key financial and customer metrics (KPIs), providing clear visibility into our performance against targets.
Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, the executive team, and key stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of investor materials, including board decks and investor communications, helping to tell our company's story.
Identify and champion process improvements within the finance function and across the company to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure our financial operations are robust and competitive.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced technology or investment banking environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights effectively
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles is a plus.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Proficiency in databases, data pipelines and SQL querying is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and a high level of integrity.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
