About the role
- Leading and developing a national team of Hybrid Workplace sales professionals
- Driving revenue growth, margin performance and market share across AV, UC and collaboration solutions
- Personally influencing strategic, high-value opportunities and executive-level customer relationships
- Translating Ricoh’s Hybrid Workplace strategy into consistent, measurable sales results
- Maintaining accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline and deal governance
- Driving consultative, solution-led selling with a strong focus on business outcomes
- Partnering closely with Pre-Sales, Project Management, Service Delivery and Vendor partners
Requirements
- 7–10+ years’ B2B sales experience, including 5+ years leading quota-carrying sales teams
- A strong track record delivering growth across AV, Unified Communications solutions
- Deep understanding of complex solution-based selling and long sales cycles
- Exceptional coaching, people leadership and stakeholder management capability
- Confidence operating at C-suite level with enterprise customers
- AV / UC vendor certifications and strong vendor relationships (highly regarded)
