About the role

  • Leading and developing a national team of Hybrid Workplace sales professionals
  • Driving revenue growth, margin performance and market share across AV, UC and collaboration solutions
  • Personally influencing strategic, high-value opportunities and executive-level customer relationships
  • Translating Ricoh’s Hybrid Workplace strategy into consistent, measurable sales results
  • Maintaining accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline and deal governance
  • Driving consultative, solution-led selling with a strong focus on business outcomes
  • Partnering closely with Pre-Sales, Project Management, Service Delivery and Vendor partners

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years’ B2B sales experience, including 5+ years leading quota-carrying sales teams
  • A strong track record delivering growth across AV, Unified Communications solutions
  • Deep understanding of complex solution-based selling and long sales cycles
  • Exceptional coaching, people leadership and stakeholder management capability
  • Confidence operating at C-suite level with enterprise customers
  • AV / UC vendor certifications and strong vendor relationships (highly regarded)
