About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer incoming customer calls to address issues, requests, or concerns in a professional manner;
- Make outbound calls to provide customers with feedback/resolutions;
- Create a ticket in the CRS system to capture the customer's voice and handle any customer requests;
- Perform research using Ricoh systems (Baan, Lotus Notes, DT Search, UCM, SFDC) to provide a resolution to the customer or to gather information for resolution and prompt communication with customers;
- Appropriately assign the CRS ticket to the correct person/department/domain;
- Offer service options to ensure Ricoh retains the account;
- Maintain data integrity in the CRS system;
- Improve retention of existing customers by increasing customer loyalty through welcome calls and distribution of customer satisfaction surveys;
- Participate in monthly/quarterly management council meetings;
- Create and generate qualified sales leads when a customer is looking to upgrade their current equipment, a new customer is seeking equipment, or an existing customer is considering leaving Ricoh;
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum of three years' experience in a call center environment
- Industry knowledge is an asset
- Experience in customer retention is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective listening abilities
- Customer-focused with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications
