About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in projects focused on analyzing and improving business and financial performance.
Provide financial consulting support to business units in achieving their strategic and operational goals.
Assist with forecasting and planning activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis at the business unit level.
Support the development and execution of RICOH’s strategic initiatives and operating plans.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting and finance processes, as well as data quality, through ongoing analysis.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information, while interacting professionally and effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience required).
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; financial planning experience preferred.
Experience using financial systems and applications.
