Key responsibilities & impact

Lead software development efforts for large-scale, complex web technology and data-processing initiatives
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with targeted business outcomes
Partner with process owners, functional leaders, and cross-functional teams to analyze data, improve business processes, and drive operational efficiency
Provide subject-matter expertise in supply chain processes and systems
Drive the successful execution of complex business initiatives and programs
Manage cross-enterprise initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Identify and analyze business needs; recommend operational and process improvements
Enhance reporting tools through standardization, best practices, and technology improvements
Design and implement efficient information-sharing and reporting processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of field service management or related experience (preferred)
Proven project management experience
Proficiency in web page design and development
Strong experience with Microsoft Office (including Access or similar database tools)
Working knowledge of: JavaScript, ASP, VBA, HTML
Oracle and SQL Server
SQL programming
Experience with web-based reporting solutions
Ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IIS servers.
