About the role
- Support daily operations and implement new services across assigned geographical area
- Collaborate closely with management to enhance operational processes and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights
- Assist Field Implementation Managers with implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions
- Deliver a service-oriented, customer-first approach in interactions
- Be adaptable and accountable, embracing challenges and owning role in delivering exceptional service
- Make a positive impact on client satisfaction and contribute to team objectives
Requirements
- High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet a dynamic work environment
- Ability to travel between customer locations within a 40-50 mile radius
- Data-driven and innovative approach
- Excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Personal Vehicle (driving requirements)
- Additional education beyond high school encouraged (nice to have)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and general computer operations (nice to have)
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields (nice to have)
- Commitment to personal growth and ongoing education and development (nice to have)
