About the role

  • Support daily operations and implement new services across assigned geographical area
  • Collaborate closely with management to enhance operational processes and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights
  • Assist Field Implementation Managers with implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions
  • Deliver a service-oriented, customer-first approach in interactions

Requirements

  • High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to travel between customer locations within a 40-50 mile radius
  • Data-driven and innovative approach
  • Excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Personal Vehicle (driving requirements)
  • Additional education beyond high school encouraged (nice to have)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and general computer operations (nice to have)
  • Prior experience in customer service or related fields (nice to have)
  • Commitment to personal growth and ongoing education and development (nice to have)
