About the role

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Evaluate existing processes and workflows; recommend efficiency and quality improvements
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, and resource optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions
  • Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and performance variances
  • Assist with implementation and monitoring of process improvements
  • Prepare clear, actionable presentations and summaries for leadership
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting tools
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating data into insights
  • Experience with Qlik, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
