Responsible for evaluating and processing maintenance requests submitted to RFS.
Maintain the integrity of the internal lease deck by auditing customer lease agreements, monitoring InfoLease reports, and updating InfoLease accordingly.
Review and audit customer paperwork, lease agreements, and associated documents.
Evaluate requests to modify lease billing and ensure documentation supports changes.
Update internal lease billing in InfoLease based on signed customer documents.
Review customer credit requests to ensure proper approvals per O-15 policy.
Provide internal support for lease billing-related inquiries and manage RFS exception reports.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Administration, and Accounting to resolve customer billing issues and advise non-FSB users on internal lease policies.
Participate in conference calls and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3–4 years of experience in business processes or leasing customer service.
Strong multitasking abilities and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Basic understanding of leasing and lessor relationships.
