About the role

  • Responsible for evaluating and processing maintenance requests submitted to RFS.
  • Maintain the integrity of the internal lease deck by auditing customer lease agreements, monitoring InfoLease reports, and updating InfoLease accordingly.
  • Review and audit customer paperwork, lease agreements, and associated documents.
  • Evaluate requests to modify lease billing and ensure documentation supports changes.
  • Update internal lease billing in InfoLease based on signed customer documents.
  • Review customer credit requests to ensure proper approvals per O-15 policy.
  • Provide internal support for lease billing-related inquiries and manage RFS exception reports.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Administration, and Accounting to resolve customer billing issues and advise non-FSB users on internal lease policies.
  • Participate in conference calls and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3–4 years of experience in business processes or leasing customer service.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Basic understanding of leasing and lessor relationships.
