About the role
- Responsible for evaluating and processing maintenance requests submitted to RFS.
- Maintain the integrity of the internal lease deck by auditing customer lease agreements, monitoring InfoLease reports, and updating InfoLease accordingly.
- Review and audit customer paperwork, lease agreements, and associated documents.
- Evaluate requests to modify lease billing and ensure documentation supports changes.
- Update internal lease billing in InfoLease based on signed customer documents.
- Review customer credit requests to ensure proper approvals per O-15 policy.
- Provide internal support for lease billing-related inquiries and manage RFS exception reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Administration, and Accounting to resolve customer billing issues and advise non-FSB users on internal lease policies.
- Participate in conference calls and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–4 years of experience in business processes or leasing customer service.
- Strong multitasking abilities and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Basic understanding of leasing and lessor relationships.
