About the role

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts to increase Ricoh’s market share.
  • Understand the customer’s environment and buying process, focusing on their needs rather than predefined products or services.
  • Address known and uncovered business challenges through research, questioning, and tailored solutions.
  • Open doors with decision-makers and influencers to generate sales opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling presentations in person and virtually; articulate how buying decisions impact financial outcomes.
  • Use storytelling to demonstrate Ricoh’s ability to accelerate digital transformation and uncover opportunities aligned with Ricoh’s portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of proven business development experience.
  • Experience in IT and/or software services preferred.
  • Knowledge of document workflow solutions and processes preferred.
  • Foundational understanding of P&L components.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to enable meaningful business conversations.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail.
  • Experience selling in healthcare is preferred.
