• Develop deep strategic and operational knowledge of the business to provide guidance to managers within client groups
• Support the business in Change Management, team development programs, succession planning and talent development plans, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and in building our workplace culture and values
• Address the execution of human capital requirements with a blend of leadership and influence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into people practices responsibly and with a human-centered approach
• Provide feedback to management and the Center of Excellence (COE) on business unit training, learning and development needs
• Partner with the talent acquisition team on future capability requirements
• Participate in client interactions at national, local and commercial levels
• Lead organizational change initiatives
• Educate, analyze and reinforce our total rewards philosophy, and support and facilitate the execution of strategies with business unit leadership
• Collaborate on and help cascade and execute company-wide initiatives (diversity and CSR, The Ricoh Way)
• Act as a corporate contributor supporting Center of Excellence initiatives (pilot programs, committees, study groups, vendor reviews/recommendations)
• Leverage technology and business intelligence data to identify major trends and conduct external benchmarking
• Recommend and develop innovative, action-oriented solutions
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
