About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Developing global marketing strategy for brands & category (group of brands), coordination of new product launches
  • Planning and execution of global promotional campaigns, and events
  • Leading and controlling marketing activities in affiliates
  • Profit and loss responsibility, monitor market trends and own sales
  • Setting market access and pricing strategy
  • Forecasting and demand planning
  • HQ and affiliate budget planning and control
  • Initiation of LCM projects and proactive participation in the lifecycle management of assigned products
  • Support business development decisions, overview offers, analyze data, make sales forecast
  • Supervise the whole brand group and lead/support the international brand manager’s job from a professional point of view
  • Professional coordination, and mentoring of the brand manager(s)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree (medical, pharmacist, or economist)
  • Fluency in English at a conversational level
  • Computer skills at user level
  • Ability to work independently, but also to work well in a team
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
