About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across assigned regions or partner groups, ensuring OTIF and logistics cost targets are consistently met
- Coordinate supply and delivery execution, monitor order flow, resolve delays, and communicate production and delivery status to stakeholders
- Oversee returns, samples, and special shipments, making operational decisions and guiding internal teams
- Maintain strong collaboration with logistics providers and internal partners, supporting contract management, cost planning, and improvement initiatives
- Supervise inventory and replenishment processes, including stock status monitoring, reconciliations, and goods disposition decisions
- Evaluate delivery performance against KPIs and identify improvement opportunities in service, efficiency, and cost control
- Support Business Development in managing complex logistics structures such as triangle business models
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient supply chain execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business Economics, or a related field (Master’s is preferred)
- 5-8 years in supply chain management, logistics, or operations
- English (B2 or above) – essential for communication, negotiations, reporting, and contract handling
- Hungarian (native or near-native) – expected for daily operations and internal collaboration

- End-to-end supply chain management (strategy & operations)
- Logistics provider management, tendering, and contracting
- Supply chain performance optimization (OTIF, inventory, cost)
- Advanced analytical and data visualization skills
