About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Create graphics, infographics, layouts, and presentations for campaigns, events, and internal communications
  • Produce video content, motion graphics, and animations for digital channels
  • Analyse engagement metrics and user feedback to measure content effectiveness and optimise future content strategies
  • Create editable branded templates for internal use, including social media assets, presentation slides, and newsletters
  • Assist in maintaining and enforcing brand guidelines across marketing and promotional materials
  • Maintain and manage the marketing asset library and keep creative resources accessible and up to date
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, platforms, and AI-assisted creative tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, or related field
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro or similar software
  • Essential knowledge of video production equipment, lighting, audio, editing software, and post-production techniques
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities
  • Proven experience as a Media Content Creator or similar role
  • Expertise in social media marketing and comprehensive understanding of various platforms
