Graphic Designer
Richmond MarketingGraphic Designer supporting brand and marketing campaigns for Richmond’s portfolio of premium products in Dublin. Collaborating with the marketing team and creating visual assets for various channels.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the execution of visual design across all brands.
- Ensure all artwork adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements and retailer specifications.
- Produce drinks menus for On-Premise accounts.
- Maintain the brand information on the Company websites.
- Create the Company business cards, PowerPoint presentations and other internal comms.
- Produce designs for digital and print including POS materials; FSDUs, barker cards, shelf strips, menu inserts, table tents, WOW displays.
- Support the creation of social media content including static graphics, motion assets and short-form video editing.
- Support the Marketing and Brand Managers on ATL & BTL marketing campaigns.
- Localise global creative assets from Head Office, including responsibility messaging and market-specific adaptations.
- Develop a good knowledge of creative requirements and specs for print and online formats for each brand.
- Assist in the creation and design of trade marketing assets for use in the on and off trade.
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts including ‘mock-up’ visuals for new concepts.

Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Graphic Design or related field is required.
- At least 2 - 3 years' experience in a Graphic Design role, ideally within FMCG, retail, hospitality or a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
- A strong understanding of print production processes, artwork setup and preparing print-ready files.
- Knowledge of POS, packaging and trade marketing design requirements.
- Experience creating assets for both digital and print channels.
- Experience adapting and localising global creative assets for local markets.
- A good understanding of typography, layout, colour and brand consistency.
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into effective creative solutions.
- Knowledge of social media formats and digital content best practices.
- Experience working with printers, production suppliers and external agencies.
- Motion graphics, video editing or animation experience would be advantageous.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and external suppliers.
- A positive attitude and a proven team player.
- A creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
