Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at the boutique and corporate levels
ability to manage a high requisition count (20+)
experience in high-volume recruitment of sales associates preferred
digital savviness with ATS, social media, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
ability to work across time zones
flexibility to adapt quickly
strong presentation skills
empathy in working with people
