About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- execute recruitment strategy and elevate the candidate experience

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at the boutique and corporate levels
- ability to manage a high requisition count (20+)
- experience in high-volume recruitment of sales associates preferred
- digital savviness with ATS, social media, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- ability to work across time zones
- flexibility to adapt quickly
- strong presentation skills
- empathy in working with people
