About the role
- Identify target clients; prospect large accounts and SMEs in the recycling, construction (BTP) and industrial sectors
- Organize your prospecting schedule and appointments, optimizing travel
- Prepare technical proposals including 3D plans; negotiate, close and follow up projects
- Develop and retain your client portfolio
- Provide regular reports of your commercial activity via the CRM tool and to your manager
- Conduct active competitive and technical monitoring
Requirements
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in a commercial or technical field (civil works, construction)
- At least 5 years' experience in field sales and/or project management for technical products with major accounts
- Knowledge of the industrial, construction (BTP) and/or environmental markets is a plus
- Self-motivated and enjoys challenges
- Technical aptitude to understand clients' needs
