About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review incoming applications and identify qualified candidates for recruiter review.
- Process candidate records and maintain accurate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Update candidate statuses, notes, and recruiting activity records.
- Send candidate communications including interview confirmations, reminders, and rejection emails.
- Monitor candidate pipelines and proactively follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Support offer administration, including offer preparation and tracking.
- Schedule phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews.
- Coordinate interview availability between candidates and hiring managers.
- Send interview confirmations, reminders, and updates.
- Reschedule interviews as needed and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Follow up with hiring managers regarding interview feedback and next steps.
- Source candidates through job boards, talent databases, and sourcing platforms.
- Support recruiting campaigns through email and SMS outreach.
- Maintain candidate searches and talent pools across multiple recruiting tools.
- Assist with candidate engagement initiatives designed to generate applicant flow for priority openings.
- Create and maintain job requisitions and job postings.
- Ensure recruiting platforms and sourcing tools are properly configured for active openings.
- Monitor applicant flow and identify recruiting bottlenecks.
- Generate recruiting activity updates and assist with reporting.
- Help maintain recruiting processes, documentation, and system data integrity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, administrative support, scheduling, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Comfortable learning new technology and working within multiple software systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience with ATS, CRM, or recruiting platforms is a plus.
