Requirements
2+ years of B2B SMB sale (small to medium sized businesses) experience (*building materials knowledge is a plus*).
A proven track record of exceeding 100%+ quota over time (must be listed on your resume). This may deter applicants and can be vetted out in the interview process.
Experience generating your own leads.
CRM experience is a must have.
B2C sales will be considered based ONLY in home services (roofing, siding, windows).
Self-motivated hunter – driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team.
Strong communication & problem-solving skills – must know how to close a deal and handle objections.
Valid driver’s license & ability to travel overnight occasionally.
