About the role
- Partner with the Global Markets to develop and drive assigned long range category plans and execution to achieve market share, volume and profit targets.
- Cross-functional team leadership on key initiative product platforms and programs including supporting global customer key accounts and licensee partners.
- Understands the global markets customers, competitors, consumers and Rich’s capabilities that will be leveraged to shape the TCCS Beverage & Equipment Categories and drive growth with global key accounts.
- Owns capture of VOCC for global customers and consumers and translate into business opportunities.
- Accountable for innovation/renovation activity activation to support global markets against plan.
- Influences TCCS global markets category demand plan and supports global sourcing expansion.
- Lead TCCS adjacencies global platforms innovation projects in close collaboration with key markets, TCCS Enterprise Director and Global Insights.
- Develop global launch of key TCCS platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
- 7-10+ years global or cross‑regional marketing experience.
- Some food industry experience preferred
- Proven track record of taking initiative and delivering results
- Solid communication skills to include verbal and written capabilities; strong presentation ability including with all audiences and levels of management
- Demonstrated ability in collaboration
- Strong analytical skills; ability to influence globally.
- Strong financial acumen and proficient with P&L analysis and decision making
- Solid project management capabilities.
- Product Innovation, concept development, insights/data/analytics proficiency and product launches experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work
- Demonstrated leadership skills with cross functional resources through initiatives, projects and teams
- Solid software proficiency including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 25%-30% domestically and internationally
