About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a key person on the project team under light supervision
  • Serve as primary contact with clients, consultants, and public agencies on assigned projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional License/NCIDQ required
  • Honest, direct and constructive communication
  • Substantial knowledge of all phases of the design process
  • Ability to lead individuals/groups of people, including consultants, to successful project completion
  • Ability to professionally represent the firm to the client and community
  • Ability to maintain long-term client relationships and win work
  • Competence in computer software including Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and specification writing software
  • Extensive experience in all phases of interior architectural projects and their management
