Sales Operations Specialist
RIB SoftwareSales Operations Specialist driving operational leadership for sales efficiency in APAC. Managing technical systems, data integrity, and team support across diverse markets.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a primary administrator of our Sales Tech stack, including CRM systems (Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and sales automation platforms
- Troubleshoot system issues and lead implementation of improvements
- Own CRM data governance across the full revenue lifecycle
- Ensure ACV data is accurate, reliable, and actionable
- Manage, integrate, and optimise the licensing record
- CRM Data hygiene and confirming records are correctly populated with all required data and files
- Ensuring lead allocations are correctly allocated, managed, and moved through the lead cycle
- Support with account compliance matching for E2Open
- Review record activity to maintain pipeline funnel
- Support the design and documentation of cross-functional revenue workflows
- Identify and implement improvements that reduce manual work and increase sales efficiency and execution
- Manage internal sales documentation like quotes, acceptance letters, and customer master data forms
- Where required populate Docusign templates for signature to senior management
- Deliver documentation, training, and ongoing support to drive strong CRM and sales tools for adoption
- Support internal professional development and enablement initiatives
- Assisting with any additional projects/tasks, etc. not limited to existing daily duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related sales support function, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Confident, driven, and dynamic individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Strong team player with excellent planning skills
- Proficient in numerical analysis
- Possesses strong problem-solving and objection resolution capabilities
- Presents oneself in a professional and engaging manner
- Consistently maintains punctuality
- Exemplifies attention to detail
- Proficient in effective and professional communication
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Experience in the construction technology sector is a plus
