About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the subject-matter expert on the company’s financial data sources and indicators
Extract, process and cross-reference data, ensuring data quality and consistency
Develop queries and routines in SQL and Databricks to build and automate indicators
Define and monitor key financial and performance indicators
Build end-to-end analyses, connecting results, historical context, root causes and financial impact
Identify variances, trends, opportunities and risks
Translate diagnostics into recommendations and action plans
Conduct strategic studies and ad hoc analyses to support business decisions
Prepare and present materials for directors and senior leadership
Turn complex analyses into clear, concise, decision-oriented messages
Act as the reference for interpreting the company’s main financial indicators

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or related fields
Experience in planning, performance management, business intelligence, analytics or related areas
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Databricks and Power BI
Experience analyzing financial and business indicators/KPIs
Ability to create executive presentations and deliverables
Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize information
