About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Extract, clean, model and analyze data from multiple systems;
Develop analyses, controls and tools in Excel;
Create and update performance dashboards and reports in Power BI;
Prepare executive presentations in PowerPoint, translating complex analyses into clear, concise information;
Perform in-depth analyses to identify deviations, trends, opportunities and root causes;
Support process diagnostics and structure action plans;
Propose and monitor improvements in operational and administrative processes;
Participate in projects focused on efficiency, productivity, cost reduction and loss prevention;
Support the monitoring of project indicators, timelines, results and resources;
Apply Lean Six Sigma concepts and problem-solving tools;
Interact with different departments and stakeholders, especially Procurement, Facilities, Travel and Maintenance;
Contribute to strengthening a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Technology or related fields;
Basic knowledge of Loss Prevention;
Advanced Excel, with the ability to develop analyses, models, controls and tools;
Knowledge of Power BI for data processing, analysis and visualization;
Knowledge of PowerPoint for preparing executive presentations;
Affinity for mathematics, statistics and quantitative analysis;
Ability to interpret data, question results and investigate root causes;
Knowledge of continuous improvement, process analysis and project management;
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other problem-solving methodologies;
Good communication, active listening and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Basic knowledge of SQL and Databricks for querying and extracting data;
Experience with process automation using Power Automate, RPA, DPA or Python;
Experience in continuous improvement, operational efficiency or cost reduction projects;
Experience with budgeting and financial control;
Experience in digital transformation, strategic planning or performance management;
Prior experience applying data analysis to Loss Prevention.
