About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Structure and operate the management rituals and executive forums of the Executive Directorate (Direx): agenda, materials, recording decisions, and follow-up of action plans with directors and focal points;
  • Lead the directorate's OKR cycle: cascading goals, recurring updates, indicator quality, and critical interpretation of results;
  • Oversee governance of the directorate's strategic initiatives by structuring action plans, coordinating stakeholders from different areas, and ensuring cadence and momentum in execution;
  • Prepare presentations and executive materials for the COO and CEO, with standardized reporting, synthesis capability, and data storytelling;
  • Consolidate information and indicators from multiple areas, contributing to the evolution of the directorate's management model.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
  • Experience in PMO, strategic planning, chief of staff office, or executive management routines (rituals, forums, OKRs);
  • Experience liaising with senior leadership and coordinating stakeholders across different areas;
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to synthesize and produce executive materials;
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously;
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis tools;
  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to productivity and analysis;
  • Experience in retail or large organizations.
