About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the lead for Sourcing for the Children's category;
Develop and strengthen relationships with domestic and international suppliers;
Seek alternative sources of supply, identifying business, quality and competitiveness opportunities;
Support commercial negotiations and cost-reduction initiatives;
Address conflict resolution, operational bottlenecks and supply chain challenges;
Act as the main link between Sourcing, Product and other partner areas, ensuring smooth process flows;
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and propose solutions that increase efficiency and agility in the operation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Production Engineering, International Business, Commercial Management or related fields;
Experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, Product or roles with strong supplier interface;
Experience in retail, fashion, consumer goods or related segments;
Commercial profile, strong communication and influence skills, and a problem-solving orientation;
Negotiation skills and stakeholder management capacity;
Intermediate to advanced Excel;
Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus;
Intermediate English;
Spanish is a plus;
Familiarity with AI productivity tools is a plus;
Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo (Butantã area), with on-site presence 3 to 4 days per week.
