About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the definition and monitoring of pricing strategies for credit products, considering profitability, risk, and competitiveness;
Perform data analyses to identify opportunities and support decision-making;
Participate in the execution and monitoring of A/B tests to evaluate results and performance;
Build and update dashboards and business KPIs reports;
Collaborate with areas such as Risk, Products, Commercial, and Analytics to support pricing strategies;
Prepare analyses and presentations with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields;
Experience in pricing, credit products, credit risk, or related areas within the financial market;
Knowledge of credit products, cards, and/or payroll-deductible loans (consignado);
Proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis;
Experience or interest in A/B testing and results evaluation;
Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI;
Analytical profile, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments;
Availability to work in a hybrid model, with approximately 2 days on-site per week in the Butantã, São Paulo area.
