About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the official voice for Midway financial products to the stores, ensuring clarity in the rollout of bulletins, updates and launches across our internal channels (store app/internal communicator, e-mail, bulletin boards, corporate TV, intranet and corporate social network);
- Build and manage the annual communications and campaign calendar, ensuring cadence, consistency and prioritization of requests in partnership with the areas involved;
- Create and coordinate internal initiatives focused on engaging and motivating store teams to drive Midway products, leading campaigns end-to-end — from concept to execution (live streams, incentive programs, giveaways, recognition actions);
- Manage the budget for initiatives and coordinate execution with suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards;
- Partner with the Marketing team to brief and produce campaign KVs (Key Visuals), and propose and structure Visual Merchandising (VM) materials aimed at in-store display and conversion of financial products;
- Script, write, organize and structure modern communication formats such as live streams, podcasts and weekly content bites, using strong storytelling to translate complex topics into clear messages;
- Develop presentations, reports and high-impact materials for leadership and executive teams, translating results and strategies in a visual and analytical manner;
- Define and monitor communication KPIs (reach, adoption, engagement, eNPS/surveys) and correlate them with the commercial results of Midway products (in-store conversion, sell-in/sell-out), generating actionable insights and proposing improvements;
- Use Artificial Intelligence tools in daily activities to optimize processes, produce content rapidly and propose new formats.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or related fields;
- Solid experience in Internal Communications, Trade Marketing or Corporate Communications (experience in retail or the financial market is a strong plus);
- Mastery of the full campaign cycle: planning, creative execution, multi-channel distribution and measurement of results;
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear and impactful messages for different audiences;
- Ability to build bridges between different areas (Marketing, VM, Commercial) and ease in defending and cascading creative concepts;
- Strong synthesis skills and a refined aesthetic eye for creating presentations and executive materials;
- Analytical capability to interpret engagement data and turn it into action plans;
- Proficiency in creation and editing tools (Canva, Adobe suite – Photoshop and Premiere, CapCut and advanced PowerPoint) to support ad-hoc productions;
- Autonomy and organization to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
- Knowledge of POS dynamics and communication aimed at physical retail. (preferred);
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end deliveries: from diagnosis and strategic planning to asset execution and results presentation (impact KPIs). (preferred);
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (text, image, video generation or productivity) applied to daily routines.
