About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the company in structuring and evolving cloud identity and access management, establishing standards and best practices
Design, implement, and maintain access profiles in the Cloud applying least-privilege principles for infrastructure, development, data, security, and other teams
Define and manage IAM Roles and Policies specific to job functions, ensuring segregation of duties
Define, deploy, and support IAM Roles and STS (Security Token Service) for both human and non-human access
Support audits and compliance requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related IT fields
2–3 years of experience with AWS IAM
Experience in multi-cloud environments
Experience with CloudTrail
Experience with audits
Cloud and security certifications are desirable
Languages: intermediate English
Practical knowledge of Entra ID
Knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC
Knowledge of temporary tokens and credential rotation
Knowledge of automation and Infrastructure as Code
