  • Seeking a Senior Operations Planning Analyst to orchestrate and lead strategic projects related to People in stores, with strong interfaces across Operations, HR, Finance, Legal and other company areas.
  • Lead strategic, cross-functional projects related to People management in stores.
  • Structure diagnostics and analyses of complex topics to transform data into actionable recommendations.
  • Drive project governance, ensuring tracking of timelines and deliverables.
  • Resolve complex problems with autonomy and a strategic mindset.
  • Prepare executive presentations and lead stakeholder forums.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed).
  • Experience in project management, governance, timelines and monitoring action plans.
  • Ability to structure diagnostics, hypotheses and recommendations.
  • Ability to prepare executive presentations and lead stakeholder forums.
  • Business acumen and interest in Operations and People (HR) topics.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or programming languages is a plus, especially for data extraction, processing and analysis.
  • Strong analytical capability and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence different areas of the company.
  • Autonomy, organizational skills and a strong sense of prioritization.
