About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Seeking a Senior Operations Planning Analyst to orchestrate and lead strategic projects related to People in stores, with strong interfaces across Operations, HR, Finance, Legal and other company areas.
- Lead strategic, cross-functional projects related to People management in stores.
- Structure diagnostics and analyses of complex topics to transform data into actionable recommendations.
- Drive project governance, ensuring tracking of timelines and deliverables.
- Resolve complex problems with autonomy and a strategic mindset.
- Prepare executive presentations and lead stakeholder forums.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (completed).
- Experience in project management, governance, timelines and monitoring action plans.
- Ability to structure diagnostics, hypotheses and recommendations.
- Ability to prepare executive presentations and lead stakeholder forums.
- Business acumen and interest in Operations and People (HR) topics.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and/or programming languages is a plus, especially for data extraction, processing and analysis.
- Strong analytical capability and ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to engage and influence different areas of the company.
- Autonomy, organizational skills and a strong sense of prioritization.
