About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic partner to the Operations Directorates of Carter’s and Casa Riachuelo, supporting decision-making with financial, operational and business analyses.
- Manage and monitor store Income Statements (DRE/P&L), identifying opportunities to increase profitability, improve efficiency and boost performance.
- Analyze financial and operational indicators, linking results to opportunities and proposing practical recommendations for the business.
- Manage and analyze store staffing, including headcount planning, scheduling, productivity and commission structures.
- Build studies, reports, dashboards and automated analyses to support management and performance monitoring.
- Extract, manipulate and structure data from multiple sources using Excel and data analysis tools.
- Prepare executive presentations and lead discussions with senior leadership and stakeholders, translating complex analyses into clear recommendations.
- Influence and mobilize cross-functional areas such as Operations, Finance and HR to implement improvements and solutions that impact the business.
- Prioritize requests and work autonomously while leading multiple analyses and strategic projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree (Bachelor’s or higher).
- Solid knowledge of DRE (Income Statement / P&L), financial indicators and profitability analysis.
- Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL and/or programming languages for data analysis, with the ability to extract, manipulate and structure information from multiple data sources.
- Ability to build dashboards, reports and automated analyses.
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning.
- Ability to translate data into practical recommendations for decision-making.
- Ability to prepare executive presentations in PowerPoint.
- Good communication and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Organized, autonomous and strong prioritization skills.
- Collaborative profile to work across multiple departments.
- Experience in staff management, scheduling, productivity or commission structures is a plus.
