About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in planning and executing content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Pinterest, etc.);
Support the organization of creation, approval, and publishing workflows for posts;
Monitor and track social media performance, assisting in the preparation of reports for the team;
Contribute ideas for seasonal campaigns and digital activations;
Support management of the content calendar and liaise with vendors, agencies, and influencers;
Monitor digital trends and market references, bringing insights to the team;
Participate in event coverage and brand activations when necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields;
Basic knowledge of social media management and an interest in developing data analysis skills;
Familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms;
Good communication, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment;
Proactivity, curiosity, and interest in working with different brands and audiences;
Previous experience (internship, academic projects, or professional) in social media or digital marketing (advantage);
Interest in working at large companies and learning scalable campaign routines (advantage).
