About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage expansion and construction projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Develop schedules, action plans, and progress reports.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring alignment and smooth project execution.
Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate impacts.
Ensure technical documentation and the recording of lessons learned.
Support the definition of scope and requirements with requesting departments.
Conduct status meetings and executive presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction, expansion, or infrastructure environments.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).
Proficiency with planning and reporting tools (MS Project, Excel, Azure, Power BI).
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Systemic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
Availability for occasional travel within Brazil.
Preferred / Additional qualifications:
Experience in corporate or retail expansion projects.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and working in dynamic environments.
