About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic negotiations and service contracts for the Facilities, Maintenance, and Renovations categories;
- Negotiate contracts related to maintenance and renovations of stores, offices, distribution centers (DCs), and the factory;
- Manage requests for cleaning, upkeep, building maintenance, and general services;
- Support minor renovations and infrastructure adjustments;
- Purchase maintenance materials and spare parts, including electrical and plumbing components, paints, equipment, etc.;
- Manage procurement processes related to asset/security services, inventory, and loss prevention;
- Serve in a consultative role to internal stakeholders, supporting decision-making and supplier selection;
- Run end-to-end purchasing processes, from requisition to purchase order issuance;
- Use e-procurement tools for negotiations and competitive bidding;
- Ensure compliance, governance, and adherence to corporate policies;
- Consolidate and analyze data to recommend the best supply alternatives, cost optimizations, and supplier performance improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
- Proven experience in Procurement/Supply Chain;
- Strong experience in contracting and negotiating services;
- Experience with Facilities, Maintenance, Building Services, Security, and Renovations categories;
- Knowledge of contract management, strategic sourcing, procurement, and purchasing processes;
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to consolidate data, compare proposals, build scenarios, and perform cost analysis;
- Experience with purchasing systems and ERPs;
- Experience using SAP, e-procurement platforms, advanced Excel, and Copilot;
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and handling complex negotiations;
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen;
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills;
- Consultative and business-oriented profile;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site per week) - Butantã region, São Paulo (SP);
- Availability for occasional visits to suppliers, trade shows, and events as needed.
