About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead product engineering from technical conception through final production delivery;
  • Manage a broad, diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring scalability and technical feasibility of collections with a high volume of SKUs;
  • Ensure adherence to target cost and optimize margins without compromising quality standards;
  • Lead, develop and inspire a multidisciplinary team of 8 to 11 professionals (including coordinators and specialists), fostering succession planning and technical maturity;
  • Serve as the strategic link between Styling, Patternmaking, Factory and external Suppliers;
  • Evolve internal processes to ensure a smooth, predictable operation capable of absorbing the complexity of different product lines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed. Preferred fields include Engineering, Design, Fashion, Project Management, Business Administration or related areas that provide analytical and organizational foundations;
  • Strong background in the fashion or textile industry, with hands-on experience in product development and understanding of the production chain;
  • Proven experience leading teams and developing people, preferably within organizations that have multiple hierarchical levels;
  • Ability to ensure standardization and quality at an industrial scale, balancing high production demand with technical rigor;
  • Excellent influencing skills, systemic thinking, resilience and results orientation;
  • Availability to work in the Natal/RN region (open to candidates from other regions willing to relocate).
