About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- We are looking for an Art Director to strengthen our creative team.
- Someone who combines a broad repertoire, agility and a keen eye to turn ideas into deliverables that genuinely make a difference for the client.
- More than executing, we want someone who thinks, questions, proposes and builds collaboratively.
- You will lead creative development, ensuring strategic, conceptual and visual excellence across communication projects, branding, advertising campaigns, digital marketing, events and brand experiences.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in brainstorms and developing creative concepts;
- Creating visual concepts and ensuring aesthetic consistency across deliverables;
- Ensuring alignment between strategy, creativity and business objectives;
- Taking part in briefing, debriefing and presentation meetings;
- Creating and adapting online and offline assets for different formats and channels;
- Ensuring brand visual guidelines are respected, translating content codes and bringing coherence and prominence to art, video and motion pieces;
- Collaborating with copywriters, account, planning and external vendors;
- Using artificial intelligence tools for visual research, reference generation, image creation and creative process optimization;
- Staying up to date with current design and technology trends, integrating new techniques and/or software into the team’s workflow;
- Participating in strategic presentations for leadership and other company areas.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a creative, visual or marketing field;
- Creativity and proactivity;
- A critical eye and strong attention to detail;
- Experience with branding, product and retail campaigns;
- Prior knowledge of brand strategy and management for fashion;
- Experience in an agency, communications, digital marketing or related areas;
- Analytical mindset to track metrics and propose improvements;
- Proficiency in major creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and similar);
- Organized with strong deadline management (creativity alongside responsibility);
- Good communication and organizational skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams;
- Experience managing projects, timelines and multiple concurrent demands.
- Desirable:
- Experience leading a team;
- Knowledge of motion design;
- Experience with fashion and retail brands;
- Refined aesthetic sensibility, strong production skills in design and art direction;
- Knowledge of art, design, image editing and typography;
- Ability to present ideas and defend strategic recommendations;
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to creativity and content production;
- Strategic mindset, cultural repertoire, curiosity and sensitivity to understand brands, audiences and contexts;
- Someone who enjoys content but also understands business, performance and brand building;
- Strong organization, good listening skills, leadership capability and willingness to build solutions in partnership with different areas.
