About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Extract, consolidate and integrate data from multiple sources (internal systems, operational databases and spreadsheets);
- Structure analytical datasets at different levels of granularity, ensuring standardization, consistency and data governance;
- Develop and maintain automated routines to monitor personnel management metrics;
- Conduct recurring (weekly and monthly) analyses, ensuring continuous visibility and predictability of results;
- Build and maintain dashboards and management reports to support decision-making;
- Apply critical analysis of metrics, identifying deviations, patterns and improvement opportunities;
- Perform root cause analyses (RCA) and propose data-driven strategic recommendations;
- Support workforce planning discussions, including team sizing and productivity;
- Drive the area's maturity evolution, reducing reliance on manual processes and increasing automation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree;
- Proven experience in data analysis applied to people management, operations or planning;
- Strong skills in data manipulation and modeling (advanced Excel and/or tools such as Power BI, SQL or similar);
- Experience structuring databases and integrating multiple data sources;
- Experience with process automation and building management dashboards;
- Strong critical analysis skills and ability to interpret indicators (KPIs);
- Experience with personnel management metrics such as hours worked, overtime, absenteeism, vacations, productivity, headcount and team sizing;
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in the Butantã area – São Paulo.
