Key responsibilities & impact

Supply Intelligence: Conduct strategic distribution analyses aligned with commercial objectives, focusing on increasing assortment levels and maximizing item availability in stores;
Visibility and Reporting: Develop management reports and create executive presentations to track KPIs with the Supply, Logistics, and Commercial teams, and support leadership in managing the area's OKRs;
Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, propose action plans, and report results and improvement opportunities directly to leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in the final year in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields;
Highly analytical profile: comfortable handling large volumes of data for decision-making;
Advanced Excel proficiency for data manipulation and report creation (knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a strong advantage);
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, as you will present to leadership and interact with various business areas;
Ownership mindset, proactivity, and a strong focus on problem-solving.
