About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive strategic repositioning of the product with direct impact;
- Conduct market analyses, benchmarking studies and value proposition assessments;
- Work on benefit testing, product adjustments, and development of new strategies;
- Contribute to regaining market leadership and achieving growth aligned with the market;
- Maintain close interaction with business context, financial product teams and strategic decision-making;
- Participate in redesign and management of new products.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience with financial products, especially credit cards;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- Strong logical, mathematical and financial reasoning skills, considered a prerequisite for working with banking products;
- Experience in structured environments such as banks, payment acquirers, or established financial product companies;
- Analytical ability to interpret data, scenarios and business impacts.
