About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain and evolve data pipelines for collecting, ingesting, transforming, and delivering information in an analytical environment;
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency through validations, monitoring, and handling pipeline failures;
Process and analyze large volumes of data using Databricks, SQL, and advanced transformation and analytical exploration techniques;
Identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities from data to support the improvement of processes and business outcomes;
Develop and optimize code to automate analytical processes and data integration;
Work on optimizing operational processes, reducing manual tasks, and increasing the efficiency and scalability of routines;
Structure, document, and evolve data flows and processes, identifying bottlenecks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement;
Create interactive Power BI dashboards that meet the needs of business areas;
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align metrics and objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, IT, or related fields;
Experience with Databricks, Power BI, SQL, and process automation;
Experience with programming languages (Python, PySpark) for automation;
Ability to create adaptable, exploration-oriented dashboards;
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
**Preferred qualifications:**
Knowledge of process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., BPMN);
Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics;
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing.
