About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-end management of the credit portfolio, overseeing the entire customer journey — from the credit funnel to collections;
Define and update credit policies to ensure portfolio health;
Monitor and analyze production, efficiency, delinquency, and recovery metrics with a focus on profitability;
Establish and mature collection metrics and KPIs that are currently at an early stage;
Automate processes and improve data accessibility to enable faster, more consistent analyses;
Collaborate with IT, Modeling, CRM, Marketing, and Product teams to execute strategies;
Conduct benchmarking and propose solutions to advance credit and collection practices;
Organize team processes and routines, ensuring prioritization and operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed;
Experience managing credit portfolios and/or collections (experience in both is a plus);
Technical knowledge of metrics, MIS, and credit recovery;
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python;
Experience in people and process management.
