About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in the financial planning process (budget, forecast and revisions) for operational expense packages;
Monitor monthly expenses, analyzing variances vs. budget and explaining deviations;
Support area managers as a financial business partner, providing a critical view of costs and efficiency opportunities;
Consolidate and analyze financial information for the packages under your responsibility, ensuring data quality and reliability;
Prepare management reports and presentations to support decision-making;
Monitor operating expenses such as third-party services, administrative expenses, services, contracts and other OPEX lines;
Identify cost optimization opportunities and process improvements;
Support spending governance, internal controls and standardization of analyses;
Support the monthly close and interfaces with accounting and other departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
Prior experience in controllership, FP&A or operational expense management;
Experience with variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting;
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI is a plus);
Analytical, organized profile with strong multitask management skills;
Good communication and ability to interact with different areas;
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) is a plus.
