About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the critical review of quality reports, ensuring the technical evaluation of results and identification of deviations.
Consolidate and prepare management presentations with supplier performance indicators, providing insights for continuous improvement;
Conduct periodic meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders (especially the commercial team) to align expectations, discuss results and direct corrective and preventive actions;
Present quality results and indicators to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and supporting decision-making;
Monitor and manage action plans with suppliers, tracking deadlines, effectiveness of measures and the evolution of indicators to ensure continuous improvement of processes and products.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field;
Technical courses in textiles or garment manufacturing;
Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint;
Experience analyzing quality indicators;
Problem-solving tools (e.g., PDCA);
Management of action plans and supplier relationship management.
