About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Cost reduction (product cost and logistics expenses): map cost drivers and identify savings levers (process, mix, contracts, productivity).
Conduct variance analyses and propose countermeasures with owners, deadlines and targets.
Support negotiations with suppliers/logistics operators using scenario models.
Reduction of losses and obsolescence: implement and maintain the provisions model and exit playbooks.
Create and monitor loss KPIs with recurring root-cause analysis and action plans.
Improve service level: create and monitor a plan to improve the accuracy of price forecasts vs. actuals and demand vs. fulfillment.
Risk mitigation: design the methodology to monitor revenues and costs by material type and volume.
Ensure internal controls and adherence to policies.
Inventory and working capital management: evaluate inventories with KPIs and lead initiatives to reduce tied-up capital.
Governance, data and insights: build dashboards and management reports and prepare executive packs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics or Engineering.
Preferred: Postgraduate/MBA in Controllership, Finance or Supply Chain Management.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting (standard costing, variances, allocations, absorption, COGS) and financial analysis (P&L, management income statement, cash flow, CAPEX/OPEX).
Advanced Excel (modeling, PivotTables, Power Query) and PowerPoint for financial storytelling; Power BI desirable.
Experience with inventory metrics (turnover, coverage, E&O [excess & obsolescence]) and S&OP/IBP processes.
Business acumen and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with ERPs (e.g., SAP/TOTVS) and data tools is a plus.
